The service in the restaurant was slow, and I waited an excessive amount of time just to place my order. This diminished my enjoyment. The air conditioning unit in the room was quite loud, a significant disturbance at night. I also noted that the toiletries dispensers in the bathroom were not functioning properly. These issues detracted from what should have been a seamless stay.
